Hello, you should use the following to get the lowest possible fee.

Transfer unimportant 5 followed by the address, amount, etc. (unimportant = lowest priority and 5 = lowest number of mixins possible)

I'm very happy to help and you've definitely got the right idea with the mixin value. The more mixins per transaction, the more possible signatures there are attached to that transaction.

Just a warning, don't withdrawal DERO from Stock Exchange. I have a reasonable amount lock under "withdrawal error" (balance is now zero). Placed a ticket and support says the dev will look into it (about 24 hours ago, no change).

Will let you know of any update....Hopefully I haven't lost my coins :/

Hello, I've been reviewing the issue and have noticed as well that the stats and payment history section of the pool is not working at this time.

The pool itself is finding blocks and in sync so if you're on the pool you will be able to view your stats and pending balance when Capt.Dero can make a very minor adjustment to the pool. The pool came briefly out of sync earlier but was restored promptly when Capt.Dero was between flights. If your pending balance does start to back up, our development team runs that pool themselves and can process all payments manually in the most efficient way possible.

Edit: I missed an opportunity for a "miner" adjustment joke and am sorely disappointed in myself this morning >.<

Hello TRON_NZ, thank you for looking out for the community!

I've recently transferred a few hundred Dero to SE so that I may test their system myself. As of the time of writing this, it's advised by the Dero team to keep withdrawals to 30 Dero or less.

I've got a large withdrawal stuck in limbo from the tests that should be restored soon and will update you with the most recent results when I see where they end up.

To date, I'm not aware of anyone permanently losing Dero on SE because of the withdrawal issue, however, we're following this issue very intently.

Hello air133, the pool is currently in sync and finding blocks. If you're one of the miners on the official pool like myself, you will still get paid. At the time of writing this post the "your stats and payment history" information is not being updated. Having said that, even if your pending balance starts to back up the pool owner will manually process your payment with the same low fees without delay.

The pool support is on a flight right now, but it may be worth noting that they have all of the appropriate notifications enabled to monitor their pool essentially 24/7/365. I can't speak to an exact timeline regarding the stats fix but it only requires a minor (miner!) update to fix. To touch on the commitment level of the development team (pool owner), I've had several conversations with Capt right up to the point where Capt's various flights started taxiing down the runway and resumed the conversation before even disembarking the plane.

Pool support has a concise message waiting and I will be closely monitoring the pool's status to provide an update as soon as it's available.
