Is it planed to make GUI wallet and if yes is it started in developement process or not so fast?

DERO GOLANG CRYPTONOTE ALPHA IMPLEMENTATION ------------------------------------------- http://seeds.dero.io/alpha/Choose OS and download pre-built binary, Extract and run derod. DERO Blockchain, wallet data directory and files will be created in current directory. No need to stop existing DERO, New DERO uses different ports and file locations. No clashes with OLD software. POOL Operators stick with OLD version till next update. I have the question regarding withdrawal from Stocks.exchange
Where I can find Dero Wallet for Mac OS? and do you have any specific advise reagarding withdrawal from Exchange to my Wallet? Does it standard proccess?
For Mac OS pls try our new pre-built binary http://seeds.dero.io/alpha/dero_darwin_amd64.tar.gzAlso withdrawals on stocks are normal, try with small amounts first like 25. |

Yes, we currently have a creative writing campaign bounty. If you have a good idea regarding how to use Dero or any of its features, just share your thoughts for a chance to win some Dero. ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3150869.0) The GUI wallet is expected in Q2. During Q1 our development team wrote a new blockchain technology which was 100% required before a GUI wallet can be built. Having written an entire blockchain protocol from the ground up, I can personally assure you that a GUI wallet will be very easy by comparison. |

I also wanted to add that while the current version of the golang implementation is backward compatible with the old version of the CryptoNote protocol (Helium Hydra), this is very likely to be dropped in the next release. Had our developers not written this compatibility in the golang implementation the release would have been done sooner. This helps to demonstrate the technical knowledge and capabilities of our developers while proving the concept. Future developers, please note this for informational purposes.

DERO: a new blockchain technology with CryptoNote Privacy + Smart Contracts Dero has written a new blockchain technology based on the CryptoNote protocol with the next major step being new smart contract controls. Dero's new blockchain is coded in golang (Go) to bring together the CryptoNote protocol and smart contracts on the Dero blockchain. Dero's new blockchain based on the CryptoNote protocol and written in golang is now complete and the development team have completed their Q1 roadmap goals early. Having written a new blockchain technology from the ground up successfully, the team is now turning their attention to smart contracts with CryptoNote privacy. For now, the new code is backwards compatible with the previous CryptoNote protocol (Helium Hydra). If you download the previous and new clients you're able to run both sets of daemons in parallel. That being said, it adds a lot of effort to maintain compatibility and some time in the near future we will drop support for the previous CryptoNote protocol (Helium Hydra). Have others experienced this? I continued mining during the forking crisis specifically because Capt Dero said that we should continue mining on the official pool then. I could have pointed my miners elsewhere but wanted to continue supporting the community during that period.
