Maybe the Abyss itself use the term "game platform" in their medium that's why people use it too. If you will read their article about differentiating the Abyss to their 3 competitors, you will know where the "game platform" came from, although it is really a digital distribution game platforms to be exact what they use to their article, it some kind of a short term to those people who use "game platform". That is only my opinion.

Once you refer your friend to Abyss you will earn a reward from it, that is a direct referral. The indirect referral is the reward you will earn if the one you refer will also refer a friend to Abyss. To cut it short, direct referral is the one you directly refer to Abyss and the indirect referral is your down line referral of your friend (the one who refer you directly to join Abyss).
