Is Cardano smart contract platform better than Ethereum and NEO?

What bothers me about Cardano is their max supply which is really high. I am afraid it won't reach 3 digits value. I hope I am wrong though because it looks very promising and I really believe in their project. I will hold some for the next few years and see what happens.

it wont get to 3 digts value for sure... but 1$ and higher is like ethereum at 300$
it can be as good investment as in ethereum when it was 60$

the value of 1 coin does not matter, what matters is what amount you invest and what is the marketcap when you investing it

It matters, how the coin's value determine the market capitalization of ada. Yes, i think that very good investment when the price of ethereum still cheap. But there is a lot of the similar project like ada. EOS seems to be a serious competitor for that.

Admittedly, there are altcoins that at least theoretically are technically superior to bitcoin and ethereum (the two heavyweights of the market), but the market of cryptos is very unique and seems to value much the antiquity and the accumulated prestige before its technical deficiencies.

I think that Cardano's greatest aspiration would be to displace NEO, but never to ethereum.

All of the new ones has a chance to take some portion from the total market shares of a specific area but we can't expect cardano to beat other big competitors. The price will be dumped on buyers hard, I'm just waiting for the exact time.

look from one side, i can see EOS as a good competitor
in other side, EOS is really shady compare to cardano
it collects too much money, making a show and hard marketing but put less on the work in my opinion
anyway i feel "more safe" to invest in cardano and not EOS
cardano works on research with other known research groups as runtime verification and Zyen.. and with cryptographers
EOS works with bitfinex the usdt printer ;p
however EOS is doing very well too and i will not care to see it going high..

If it's valued this high before the platform is even out, imagine how high it will be after they launch it.

They are going to have to show something soon or the price will dump. There are more competitors for the next smart contract platform.

Cardano Smart Contracts are more detailed and easy to use. This is why Cardona is a perfect project.
There are no security issues and more powerfull then ethereum. Also kitties cannot block transactions.
