Is there any way to reduce the resource on graphic card which goes for mining.
For example if now 85% from graphic card power goes to mining I want to reduce it to 65%.

usually, you can set up on mining apps the intensity of your GPU  (lower intensity = lower performance, but more available to another apps)

what is your hashrate?
GPUs are not so strong in cryptonight in comparation for example with equihash algo. Sometimes, you need to accept your hashrate, you cannot do wonders with a single card..  Imagine, worldwide hashrate is around 1000 MH/s..  worldwide..

My hashrate is 550 MH/s. I'm OK with my results (hashrate). I don't want to do wonders, as you see I even ask you to reduce the power which going for mining. Maybe you didn't understand me.

In your webpage instructions for fast mode are to make a shortcut to "NsCpuCNMiner", but I haven't this file. I start mining from "xmr-stak.exe"

i already made some steps to speed up the payout
- placed 119 offers to different crypto markets, waiting to price grow up
- now we are mining more difficult coin that can give + extra profit - i hope we will find 10-20 blocks soon, then we can profit from PoS (proof of stake)
- still waiting for ETN wallet in cryptopia, we have 40% of profit there, i can do nothing with that, just wait - also i dont want to pay out miners without these money, because the rate will drop (40% less - and nobody wants that)

for now, understand this mining as an investment of your resources to something good.

if the markets will not move up soon, i will start to pay share based dividends from funds we already sold (but this is not very good solution - the miners will be paid partially and not so big amounts)

so long story short - the best is now to wait and see what will happen. I hope we will hit a jackpot and i can pay more than i promised.

keep mining, i will not steal your mined coins
