I have seen there are a chance of getting better results in mining altcoins from the very first day it is available since difficult is near to zero.

Is there a website or thread where one can know the day a ICO project ends and can it be mined?
And constantly updated?

You could always keep an eye out on coinmarketcap.com and see if any new altcoins pop up. Other than something like that; just some intense research on finding new ones

You can check https://coinmarketcap.com/new/ and see which are the new coins that has just been listed.

Important to also make sure that the coins are listed on an exchange.. else you wont be able to sell your coins anyway.

New coins are never on a exchange at the beginning of mining. It's a risk mining shitcoins but the return can be very nice as well.

Best place to find new coins to mine is in the announcement section right here at bitcointalk.
