So I am a geek but I am very new (just started this week) to the whole mining thing....

I am still poking around trying to figure out the right miner and all that....I am not against putting together pure mining rig but at this point I want to understand things before I spend anything to improve things.
I have tried to be the good geek and research myself and either I don't know where to look or whatever but more often then not it seems hard to get people to agree on anything about mining....so I am giving up and (hopefully) coming to place where I can get my many questions answered.....

First question....

Does anyone have any experience with Blockchain Miner Pro....?  It is one of the miners I have messed with....and it seems to happily sit there and spin, apparently happily mining.  The problem I seem to be running into is when I go to withdraw my balance....it asks how much I want to withdraw....fine good.  Then it asks for a service fee....fine....if I could figure out how to pay it and it would result in an actual BTC transfer to my wallet.  Instead the Withdrawal window sits there forever, does seem to do anything, I never get a single confirmation or any movement at all.  I feel like I am missing something because I am so new to all of this....but who knows.  Any help would be appreciated.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.
