Anyone know about how much money it takes to make a block erupter?

I need the info for a customs form since I can't really write BTC on it!  I figured I'd declare the value of it as what the parts cost.

I know there was some speculation on the forum he are one point in time and someone looked up the various parts and I think it came to like $20 USD?  But I can't find that right now.

Thanks for any ideas anyone has!
