Frequency of Altcoin Trading for daytime worker (ave trades, profit-loss, etc)

If you have a daytime job, and limited time of look at chart few hours at night and weekend,

How often would you trade your altcoin? Do you use the daily chart? or 4hr? 1hr?
And finally, what percentage of profit or loss would you get out at?

My weekly ave. amount of trades is around 5~6, i get out 10~20% profits-loss, looking at the daily and 4hr chart. I usually make an entry at night with sell orders.
I am curious how others doing it. Thank you.
