I could not find any information about what limits get-bitcoin.com have and what is their BTC<->USD rate. But it´s hard to compare made in 15 minutes website with 2 months history, with any professional service. I can't say anything about that particular service, but new "exchangers" are creating and disappearing every day, so if you suppose our minimal fees too high I would recommend you use any other established service with at least few years history.

Get-bitcoin is there much longer than 2 months and you can find information about the creator online. When you make the order you can specify the limit order. Thats another plus.

Again, we are not charging 30% fee! Minimal fee is $30 because it's not profitable to charge let's say $2 for $100 WU transfer - if you are exchanger working with WU, you will have to send someone from your staff to WU agents for picking up transfers that is spending of time/money. That´s why most of well known exchangers, who is accepting WU charge minimal fee, or have limits (like $1000 minimal WU order for example).

Fair enough. But when you charge $30 for a $100 transaction, thats 30% for me.

If you not trust us, and not want to spend $30 for $100 test transfer, I can recommend you check testimonials on other forums, links to some of them you can find here http://wm-center.com/testimonials.php We have thousands of customers and hundreds of daily orders, we are certified exchanger of most major ecurrencies also we are recommended exchanger of Liberty Reserve (check their main page). Sometimes we can lower our fees for constant customers, but not for you first order for small amount, sorry.

Good to know fees can be lowered for constant customers. In that case, I might use it in the future.

For testimonials, I'll check this independent forum. I'll NEVER trust nor recommend people to trust a website testimonials. Whats the point in putting a testimonial section if everything could be easily faked? Just put the link to this (or other independent) forum.

I sent 16 BTC to the address provided by wm-center after putting in an exchange order and entering my LR account number/ How long does it typically take for the process to complete? Will I receive an email notification when the funds have been received? Will the money automatically go into my LR?

Edit: Received! 30 min turnaround. Will be using wm-center again.

Sorry but we have such rates for buying BTC just temporary, as soon as we will sell-off most of our reserve, we will return buying rates to market. And regarding turnaround speed, LR is sent as soon as your bitcoin transaction will be cleared, i.e. will have 6 confirmations

Thanks. As for our rates, they are fair, in our opinion. Also, sometimes we have sales - for example, now you can buy Bitcoin and exchange to Bitcoin with 0% fee.

No offence but not all of us feel comfortable about sending the documentation you ask for to some eastern european site, considering you can quite easily take this data and steal identity.

As for the rate mtgox is $110 and bitstamp are $100 at time of this post your rate is 200/BTC! have you been on another planet in last few days and missed the great bitcoin crash of 2012?

But it's just the scanned image of the document, it's not the document itself, so, no worries. And we don't share the images our clients send us with nobody else.
Anyway we had no choice, but to add verification process after getting some complaints from banks, WU and MG. It's a normal procedure which is used by many trusted exchangers today. It helps us to prevent scam and fraud. Also, we're preparing to get some licenses now.
As for Bitcoin rates, last days and weeks it changes rapidly and it's hard to predict what will be with the market rate of it even in few hours, you know. So, we have to be careful with it these days, we don't want to risk.

LiveSupport have been very helpful, and my russian friend just said that he used this service before so I am somewhat more relaxed about it.
