so ive just finished school and my job starts in the summer... i have some free time right now and would be interested in managing a campaign, ive always been good at organizing and responding to people who need help.... i think id like to try my hand at doing 1 bounty campaign for a trial and see how i like it .... been around here for a bit now and have no thought of leaving anytime soon, love the forum and have coins invested for the long term so i like being around here Smiley

ive inboxed some bounty managers ive been a part of campaigns with that ive worked for social media bounties, but i never really got any answers so im hoping making a thread can help give me some info? Just wondering how i would go about becoming a campaign bounty manager ?? how much is typical pay im assuming it would be weekly during the entire bounty or a one price deal for the entire bounty which most bounties are 8-12 weeks that ive been a part of personally ( done around 30 bounties since being here )  and basically just any info at all for being a bounty campaign manager, not looking to steal any previous or well known guys jobs... just want to get my beak wet and possibly look  into this as a part time gig , since i have a ton of time right now and think id be very positive for a campaign

cheers to anybody who can give some info, details or help... if you dont feel comfortable sharing here even send me a DM id appreciate any help Smiley
thanks to all regardless , happy holidays

Try to get into an ICO first by any means.
Helping in any position you can and collect inside info. Dont be adamant about being bounty manager directly. Requires some trust man.

not really sure what other position youd be able to work for a bounty campaign here... the only person ive ever seen in any bounties ive worked for promoting here is the campaign manager.... i feel like my skills would be able to do this job, and would be willing to work out payment that works best for both parties to build trust.. everybody starts somewhere right

just want to learn some info on the job , but nobody that manages campaigns seems to want to share here which sucks...

Aren't there too many of them already? #JK
Well you got to build you authority on the forum to get your first gig, even if its a small social media or alt bounty campaign for an ICO.
You've got to show them somehow that you can manage it, it helps if you have some connections.

Buddy, its better to be a campaign participant instead of campaign manager. Because its tough to get a campaign managing job. Even if you get also, you will be paid in their tokens. Don't expect you will be paid in btc bcause only reputed managers like yahoo or lutpin get that. Sometimes these tokens wont even get listed in the exchange. Its really waste of time to manage bounty campaigns in my opinion.

Do not worry about it. do things your own way

so im hoping making a thread can help give me some info? Just wondering how i would go about becoming a campaign bounty manager ?? how much is typical pay im assuming it would be weekly during the entire bounty or a one price deal for the entire bounty which most bounties are 8-12 weeks that ive been a part of personally ( done around 30 bounties since being here )  and basically just any info at all for being a bounty campaign manager, not looking to steal any previous or well known guys jobs... just want to get my beak wet and possibly look  into this as a part time gig , since i have a ton of time right now and think id be very positive for a campaign

First I'll tell you the following, this is a very tiring job and you risk your reputation a lot.
If you want to learn, then you should take hours reading the largest number of bounty campaign threads and signature campaigns, you observe how others do and what you think would change if you were the manager, try to have your own ideas and do not copy/past the ideas of other managers.

but nobody that manages campaigns seems to want to share here which sucks...

What would they share? the payments is something negotiable and the work is something visible for all

thankyou for responses

im not worried about risking my reputation because id only manage 1 bounty at first to make sure my 100% full attention is on that project.. I highly believe id do a great job and would only raise my reputation Smiley

but ive already participated in 25+ bounties since ive been here on social media promotions, and yes id say 5%-10% max had any value at all.... 15-20% are scams, 60-70% arent even on the exchange yet then a couple actually have value right away

being paid BTC is something you can achieve from the few threads ive seen about managing all the campaign leaders were paid this way, just some more well known managers were paid higher BTC per week......

very willing to work hard DAILY for this job, just need to know how to get my feet wet

Being a manager would involve a lot more than what you are doing by reaching out bounty managers because a lot of them even with the amount of projects they are handling, won't mind getting anything more and because of the issue of spamming all over the forum, it will be very difficult for anyone to work with you if you have not done any job in that regard before.

To break through with this quest of yours, you will need to either put it as your Personal message hoping someone will reach out to you, create a thread stating the number of people (choosing low numbers for a start) or start writing to developers on the bounty section who might not have anyone in mind but you also need to be careful not to be involved with the wrong project that would tarnish the image you are yet to build as a manager.

ive actually PMd 10+ bounty managers ive been working with currently on bounties im promoting, so well see if anybody responds, of course most managers will not want more managers because it could lose them jobs, but ive offered to give them a % of my earnings if they give me solid info to get my feet wet , while benefiting them .... which is a fair request imo

when i first started investing in crypto ive answered and helped a ton of people along the way, just hoping somebody could do the same for me on this quest Smiley well see though, i know ive got the work ethic and time to do this job, just need to learn more about the process.... I know basically its just tracking peoples work, answering annoying questions and messages daily until bounty ends... which i could do all this

You need to go to https://icodrops.com/bounty-list/
Then ask the team of each of the ICO's
If they pay you in fiat money it will be great, but they are always pay by tokens.
Couple of time maybe more)) I saw at BT someone find the manager of bounty campagne.
Right now I create a bounty program for BURON project (buronproject.com)
We'll lunch at the end of this week maybe. They will pay me by feat money, not such more...
BUT
I know the person who are the leader of this Company. )

thankyou for response brother Smiley but i will check this list out...
yes i would like to be paid in an established coin like BTC/ETH because you can just work for a bounty promoting for their token if you were going that route.... it would be TERRIBLE being a manager putting a TON of hours for months into a project and the token fails or is worth nothing , then all your work is for 0... at least if youre paid BTC/ETH you know youre being paid for your hard work regardless

dont want bounty manager position to be watered down , because then it would get bad
but i agree for a few select people this should be available

everybody starts somewhere ,all the established bounty managers had to start from the beginning and learn at one point as well

thankyou but i do not know russian/chinese or japanese and i would most likely not join a "newbie" bounty because i wouldnt want to get nothing for my pay... ive learned from doing a lot of bounties to never join newbie started ones because 90% of the time, pay will never come

thank you for the time though, i appreciate the thought .. happy holidays

maybe you need to promote yourself to be a campaign manager, You must follow what the company wants, or provide promotional strategy ideas for the company, show and improve your quality, such as you become an influential person in the forum, what else if you have positive trust, it will give more value to your account, I'm sure the project owner will be interested in getting you a campaign manager, when you already have a big name, project owners will queue to contact you to manage their campaigns  Grin

It's really weird guys that it's impossible to find any instructions or steps how to manage bounty in 2018!

Why this is a secret and now one from bounty managers share the info? They can have their own blog or school or something and earn money. And we are (who would like to learn) will study attentivly to become a managers. I really wonder to find nowthing on the web regarding this.

You should have experience and practice in this sphere. If you havent got it you can take a little bounty projects where is absents the rivalry. After getting some experience you will have a portfolio which will help you to be competitive

to become a bounty campaign manager must know the ins and outs of this forum, not to be cheated by the participant because there are naughty participants who just want a bounty gift without working hard. needed a solid insight or team to run bounty. because a manager is not just running bounty but must get the trust from the participant.
