We would like to make an official announcement about changes in the ICO start date. The #ICO start date will be changed from December 10th, 2017 to December 18th, 2017 in order to upgrade some functions on the website and create the bonus program in details as follow:
-  Investors have the high change of getting referral commission: F1:  3%, F2: 2%, F3: 1%
-  Investors can withdraw BTC/ ETH at any time.
We hope that these changes will widen the appeal of #RTC.
