If we think about the legal side of the issue, the smart-contract signed within the platform Tradingene is essentially the same contract as you would sign in the real world. A smart contract is not about the content, it is just another form of the contract. Signing a smart-contract implies that it is enforced immediately after onset of certain conditions. The legal basis is no different from the one that is regulated under the civil or administrative code of the Russian Federation.
