You can't do this yourself mate. That's their law. The citizen must comply or punished for violating their law. You dont mess with the law. You can't do anything about that. Unless you are a very influential person or all citizens there are going to appeal about legalization of Bitcoin. I guess the Government don't want to lose power over their citizens. All you can do is wait and just let them realized that what they did was wrong. Maybe they will change their decision in future. Bitcoin is now mainstream, even huge financial markets in the world are now partnered with Bitcoin. There's a chance that they change their decisions.

I think it's impossible to change the perception of a communist country regarding bitcoin .. even they want to invest but the law restricted it already .. Still they can't operate it .. and there's corresponding penalty if they insist to use cryptocurrency . All you can do is to make yourself a millionaire in investing bitcoin and show the world . Especially to the communist country , what they had missed.. We should respect their law , that's all.

All Communist countries are not democratic. This means that the basis of their existence is totalitarian rule. Totalitarian government is impossible in a country where the rich live and free people. Therefore, in such countries will never be allowed to use bitcoin. In order to be able to use bitcoin you need to change the power.

Communism is just too much central. They are relying on their govts. for just everything. Transferring belief in such a system is really too exhausting. As per them and their so called notions nothing is above their state so P2P is just like blasphemy to the state and therefore its obvious they call it a scam.
