Please read all of the requirements before you are trying to join in the airdrop, if you are already filled all of the requirements and you will be able to receive your coin. Some people are not following the rules or requirements and they are not suitable for airdrop.

If you are joining all these ethereum tokens, than I'd say don't expect too much. Yes anyone can start a token like that.

I also want to learn about airdrop. Is there any risk with that airdrop like hackers? I also want to join and earn with that but i am afraid of any actions that hacker may do.

Ok, To put it short. There is practically no risk in an airdrop unless you post your private key somewhere visible with the address by mistake. Airdrops are completely free and All you really need to join it is an ETH wallet - which you can get in MEW for free. It's also good to have some extra ETH in all your ETH wallets for further transactions so you can send the tokens to an exchange for trading.

For OP's question yes anyone can make an airdrop - just figure out how you want to code the contract API. Then send the tokens to recipients. There's SOOOO much more involved but honestly that's all I can tell you because you honestly should be googling this crap rather than posting here. Put some effort in it, figure it out.

There are lots of airdrops currently running nowadays some are legit but most are scam.
most of airdrops requires different requirement so better reach their requirements for you to participate. Most airdrops take 1-3 weeks or even a month for you to receive such tokens.
The airdrops works by simply fill upping their form getting the requirements needed and when you pass on these requirement then just wait for it.
Yes anyone can start airdrop by making your own form, own condition and own announcements.
