For $ 50 I think I will invest in the EOS coin because I see this coin has a good oscillation. Or maybe I will choose a project to buy when it has just started ICO phase one.

To trade in the crypt, another $ 100-150$ and Yes you can invest, but those investments backache is not much you will do well to multiply the maximum amount by 3-4 times and know when to invest then them, and at least $ 500-700$.

Depends how aggressive you want to be with it but I would spilt it up into 5 bits then pick 2 coins from the top 25, another 2 from the top 25-200, and then one coin outside that for a pure gamble. That way you diversify and at the same time are in some solid coins too.

Basically dude I have the same question (because $50 is all I got haha)  and I've been asking around facebook and telegram... most people are saying the same thing.

also this video on youtube offers a guide about what you're asking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wX_9aRlLg10 I watched it recently and thought it was nice.

GOOD LUCK MY FRIEND!

If you have $ 50, it is better to buy food than to invest in cryptocurrencies. Very small amount for investment.

if I have 50$ will be invested in stellar and ripple, because the coin is still affordable with the existing budget. in addition to still cheap, the coin is in the top 10 in marketchap.com. it's 2 choices of my coins

Many altcoins can be bought and potential. But with $ 50 I suggest you select only 3 projects for the investment that you think is the most potential and has a price below a dollar.

I think if you have $ 50 you can use the investment in the small altcoin, you look for the big potential altcoins to grow and invest in it, because the current value of the altcoin is still low . Or you can invest in bitcoin when bitcoin reaches low value, and in the next bitcoin will increase again, and you can become a millionaire from bitcoin.

I was also started trading for crypto in Bittrex with just about $30 of Dogecoin deposited. I traded and traded more and more and continue it still.

You can buy altcoin, which is very cheap, and forget about it, and it will probably bring you a lot of money in a few years.

$50 is a very small amount but if you want to invest you can go to coinmarketcap.com to find some low coin price $ 0.00xx , remember to check total Circulating supply and Max Supply .Less money equals less risk. But less money equals less income, it always right, invest your skill and knowledge I think still better, learn some useful journey on forums.

Will be more faster to make profit from altcoin trading, volatilty of crypto so high so you can turn that money in to many times but offcource you should have best strategy and times to make analysis the market. Just try it and you wil know the risk and the opportunity of crypto trading.

At the moment, it would have been a little known token that has not yet shown a high growth but has all the chances for it. Now in this market you can earn only so think and earn

If I have $50 and I want it to invest? For me the best way for investing is do some research and analyze all the possible benefits which you can get thru your investment, and don't be aggressive do not put all of your money in one container its better if you invest to others.

I would rather go to a store and buy something out of it. But anyway, I'll play along. I'll divide it into five and put it into the top 5 alts in the market.
Who knows one of it might take off to the moon, rather than putting it into one coin.

If I had just $50 to invest, I'd invest it in an altcoin that has real potential of growing.  In order to grow significantly, an altcoin needs to have a low marketcap (<1million).  Another thing an altcoin needs to have in order to invest a low amount of money that can grow significantly is a working product.  I found that coin and it is called speedcash.  Its supply is just 476k, price moved from 30cents to 90cents in a few days and the prospects are looking good given its features (speed, POW turning into POS, tradeable on small exchanges and not very known yet).

In my case $50 would be the perfect price for beginners to invest. The best way would be, as a lot of you just said as well, to invest in new coins and the ones where you can find a lot of potential criterias to grow. If you really want to establish in this hard times of the crypto market right now, just to mention G20, regulations, China, etc., then you'll have to deliver a REAL USE CASE. Lympo with the idea of a healthy lifestyle ecosystem powered by user-generated and user-controlled sports and wellness data will have a great chance to improve something like that! There are several similar projects like Beat or SweatCoin, which are not that successful. But Lympo's not like one of the opponents for example Sweatcoin , where you can earn Coins for go running. I will describe you the problem shortly: Sweatcoin is using an algorithm, so that no one can cheat. In first place you think like that. To prevent cheating only 65% of the steps are verified on average. A lot of steps are just thrown away which makes it really difficult. Furthermore, this isn't the best idea to prevent someone from cheating.. and unfortunately, there is much room to cheat, like using fake gps apps (e.g Pokemon GO) to show themselves walking/running or putting fitness bands on a dog to get steps etc.. Just a few examples. In addition, Sweatcoin keeps a small percentage of the steps in order to finance itself. So you pay practically the mediation of the premiums with your steps. Whole system is not really transparent...
Furthermore Lympo has not even once disappointed the community. All the news over the last time or even over the whole time at all are just great. Well organized team, good structure, they even said they will reach several milestones before the roadmap dates. This shows how ambitious Lympo's Team really is and how much effort all the members puts into it. A token that focus on industry's health data will more likely be the next mainstream in terms of mobile crypto uses. Lympo has a great use-case which can be applied into the real world with a lot of users! Recent listing on KuCoin, you'll definitely have to consider that.

"To sum up, these are the key reasons the LYM token will continue to rise in value:
1) Healthy lifestyle is enjoying increasing popularity worldwide

2) The sports and wellness industry is continuing to grow rapidly

3) Millions more activity trackers in the form of various wearables are bought every year

4) There is no ecosystem already in place to use this data to the benefit of everyone involved"

Recent articles about Lympo can be found on the Medium Account and some statements, for what reason Lympo's definitely continuing to grow.

I'd have invested in dogecoin or mooncoin. They are already on the stock exchange, sufficiently developed and your amount can be normally purchased.

This is a small part of putting coins. Now its value is no more than 1 dollars. Pick a coin with good project, which will bring you profits and wait for the bottom to enter.
