I wanna invest $500 in Altcoins. Which one do you prefer? I was thinking of Waves, Eth and Neo.

These 3 coins are great... I also suggest you Zcash to diversify your portfolio.......but for sure NEO and expecially ETH.

If u want to invest for long term i can suggest you to follow: Monero, Komodo, Stratis and Neo. But if u want to do daily trading with altcoins I ll suggest u: Monaco, Pivx and Ark they have daily increase and decrease find them in low price daily and sell for good profit..

Before investing make some search and u can make some information about altcoins, but coins that have bright future are: Monero, Iota, Powerledger, Stratis and make some search for others  |

Ethereum and neo should become a good idea. but i don't think about the waves platform. rather than waves and it may better for you to put another amount into the IOTA. Just waiting for the correction to invest your money. or you can try to invest in the altcoin. |

If you are looking for cheap but perspective altcoins I recommend you to pay attention on Waves, Lisk, Ripple and Monero. There are many promissing talks about this four coins on the forum and I have invested a little in some of them already  |

This is a best coin but at this times! Very hight price! You can invest in altcon at price about $0.5 to $1 and hold it in long times! You may by have huge money! |

Why you don't buy ONION coins instead of Ethereum. With its high supply, I don't think that it can go up more than that. I think this would be good investment opportunity especially with its interesting price. Ripple would be good option also, but I am worried about its high supply

Good picks on any portfolio, to be sure... except if you invest in even 1 ETH, then you'll have just over $50 to put into Waves and Neo. Spread them evenly. In fact, with all the anticipation of what's going to happen to Bitcoin, it's now a huge gamble to buy at this price and hope it goes higher up instead of crashing.
Altcoins are safer for now, especially with the ones strong like Waves/Neo/ETH. If BTC goes even higher, you should still maintain your fiat value. If Bitcoin crashes, you can cash in for cheap Bitcoin.

Ethereum is recommended for your investment, but i suggest to invest for long ethereum because the price ethereum is very stable he need a several month for the price high up. If you want invest short term is good way to invest in Bitcoin, he need a several hours for the price high up.

I would spend it with Ethereum, OmiseGO and Ark. 3 very promising coins for 2018 with great communities behind the projects, just go on their social media and see for yourself. I think ark will be see the biggest growth in my portfolio the next year with the many releases they are planning to put out.

I would recommend you to check spectrecoin (XSPEC). It is very cheap, has unique features. Thought, before investing you might consioder waiting for wallet 1.4 to come out, which could happen any day now (The price will probably increase when it happens, so you might consider buying when you hear about beta release for example.).
