I am new here and this is my first post. Thank you for your suggestions.

I am thinking of selling my land with 2 structures on it for 10BTC-2BTC today. What would be the best place to post it on?

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/reo/d/1-acre-gt-beautiful-land-with/6443902779.html

Thanks!

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I think this is just the right section for you, tho' I'm not sure if land can be considered to belong in the "goods" category. Your post will get moved if someone with greater knowledge than me decides it's in the wrong spot Tongue

I really want to get some bitcoins before the price goes to $100K. This property is really nice and with a little work can be amazing weekend vacation place. I am entertaining offers if you have a better price in mind.

Seems like a reasonable price, does the land have planning permission to build permanent structures?

Interesting... I was thinking that people would be interested into buying real estate when the bitcoin is 15K to diversify but there is literally no interest. I guess I was wrong the same way I was wrong not to buy bitcoin when it was under $1, $500, or $2K. Maybe it was not meant to be "me and bitcoin" Sad

Possibly people are interested in cheap stuff because they are trading with their bitcoins and have not purchased them a long time ago to accumulate huge value or maybe they have not purchased real estate before and do not know how all the pieces work. For sure I haven't sold real estate for bit coin and I was thinking this would be a great learning opportunity in addition to acquiring bitcoins.

Anyways, thanks for the 200 people that read my post and the couple of people that replied on it.

It's not as though there is little to no interest.  2 things about selling real estate on a forum like this make it difficult.  For one you need to live around the area or plan on visiting a lot.  And 2 this is a worldwide site, so specifically local non movable asset to a forum filled with people from all over

Then if you do find someone from the area, they have to have enough bitcoin as well as want to part with it for your exact real estate.  Not impossible but it's definitely a limiting factor.  Real estate and bitcoin will be easier once more land owners accept it, and real estate agents figure out that bitcoin exists.

Well done on the offer as more assets like this need to be offered and sold for adoption.

I have an idea for you, since bitcoin is hitting more mainstream news and those news outlets are looking for ways to report, why don't you contact some local news papers/outlets about your offer and see if they want to report on it.  Worth a shot, good luck.

Thanks for the idea. I will try contacting some news orgs.

If there is a place where most of the bitcoins are I would imagine is in the San Francisco Bay Area so someone local would most likely have enough bitcoins. If I got bitcoin when it was under $1 I would have purchased this property for under $6 :-) Damn me Smiley))

Well that is why I am selling the property to buy bitcoin but I wish I purchased the bitcoin 9 years ago so I can have the amount to buy a house. What else can I buy early now and wait a 10 years to appreciate in value? Maybe you know of some coins that are under $1 now but have potential?

I was just thinking... that if someone is interested I can finance them too. Small BTC down and then 1 BTC/month until it is paid off.
