This morning I sent 2 transactions to my wallet at a btc exchange.  The wallet at the exchange
said :" Received Bitcoin pending".  It's been over 5 hours and I have no confirmations.
Do I "Clear Unconfirmed Transactions" in the Help menu?
I'm running 0.96.3.99
Thanks for any suggestions.

You could use rbf (replace by fee) to increase the fee, or just wait. A lot of network congestion at the moment with the current rally.
