会议指出，要在网络通基础上加快实现数据通、业务通。年底前初步实现国务院部门40个垂直系统向各级政务部门开放共享数据，打通数据查询互认通道，逐步满足政务服务部门对自然人和企业身份核验、纳税证明、不动产登记、学位学历证明等约500项数据查询等需求，促进业务协同办理，提高政务服务效能，避免企业和群众办事多头奔波。对依法依规应由政府提供、可经政务信息系统查询到的信息，一般不得要求另开证明。
