Hi,
what exchanges provide BTC/EUR and ETH/EUR trading pairs and are Europe-based. This is important because I am European and want to use SEPA transfers.
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Try kraken.com!

Kraken is absolutely unusable. I managed to place a limit order on the 6th hour trying. The server constantly returns mistakes. Now the withdrawal field is not loading for 2 days. I can't withdraw.

Honestly never heard of such. What is wrong with localbitcoins? When selecting the Eurozone has the ability to exchange btc to euro.
