Hello, btc-e says they have a 0% fee currently for using OKPay to fund an account.

how good is OKPay for an American? are there any limits to how much you can transfer? How long does it take? etc

thank you

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I've used them before. They use to be for US residents, but now so long as you had an account from before you can still use it.

I've used them multiple times, for larger tranfers as well, and while they will ask all sorts of identity crap, after you jump through all the hoops, you should be good to go.

I recommend sending a few smaller wires first as sometimes they have a habbit of holding wires while you send documents to their offices in Cyprus.
