0day exploit for Steam and Origin lpe (eop)

I offer two 0day exploits for lpe (local privilege escalation or eop - escalation of privileges) from user to NT Authority\System.
Both tested on Windows 8.1 (x64) and Windows 10 (x64). I think it will work on W8 (32 and 64), W8.1(32) and W10(32) with 99% probability. With W7 (32 and 64) should works too, but I'm to lazy to test.
Origin - 6 BTC.
Steam - 10 BTC.
