After a year since the last release, I've decided to resume development of ethminer-nr. For those of you who aren't familiar with my miner development, I started out almost two years ago helping JW with ethminer-genoil. I released 1.2.0 last fall. The 1.2.1 release that I just finished is to support the new 17.40 drivers under Linux, as the new HSA/ROCm compiler broke the old OpenCL kernel.

Performance on Polaris is equivalent to sgminer-gm, and slightly slower on Tonga (something I'm investigating).
I'm planning additional performance tweaks to the kernel, as well as dual-threaded kernel dispatch (similar to gpu-threads: 2 on sgminer).
