What we can do now with flags and abusers...? Do are they candidates for flags? Which one? Still very busy day here to changing home. I need to fully understand the new system.
First is to really better understand this flag system first, I am sure they are the best candidates for it. Creating a thread just like Actmyname's Flag Emporium would be better and that will be a massive list to compile with all the accounts been reported here.

You can't flag any alt ring with any flag-type without violations. If the alt-ring has successfully abused at least 1 bounty, then you can use flag type 1 which is basically worthless (nobody cares about any "#" symbols nor yellow warnings). Enjoy.

I won't be home until tomorrow but am trying to keep up with the Flag Issue.

Perhaps we should encourage anyone making a submission to also start a flag posting (flag, post.... Get it?)

I can modify the Submission Form to include a flag toggle/link as we as adding a BPIP link if people feel it necessary.

Can't we encourage the bounty manager to make a level 3 flag, though? After all, if the OP of the bounty thread specifically states that you cannot enroll alt accounts, than the bounty abuser is in violation of a written contract. My understanding is if you participate in a bounty campaign, you are agreeing to follow the rules.

In Jan 2017, examplens enrolled in a signature campaign with the address 15QLwhoYgaVt7nMUm5NCV1Z13VCqD12x9f and roomfirst (UID 904327) enrolled in the same campaign with the same address. roomfirst has negative trust from yahoo62278 for cheating a twitter campaign (I have not reviewed the reference). Also, I think there is a high probability that examplens is a sold account (see above PW changes) as of Dec 2017, so it is probably unfair to punish him for this.

The only merit loughlin received was from examplens

I guess that is an unintentional error, You have to be careful when you copy/paste from someone else post

He posted something in 2015 and I suspect owner of account didn't change hands:

It was seen by Novak's body language that is not enough in a match. Frustrated
Is there anyone that has earned the  Serbia winning?
I mean that Wawrinka i can't repeat success two tournament in sequence. Djokovic is favorite no.1 only Murray, and maybe Federer may to affect.

Errr...better example from 2015:
very little chance that Dinamo Zagreb scored any goal. perhaps only penalty or own goal. Bayern will not play indifferently like Arsenal.

I also strongly suspect it was sold along with one of its twitter accounts. It was perhaps sold to someone else who can speak similar languages, possibly someone the original owner knew via posting in a local section.

[Archive]

Is anyone in communication with @Lutpin?  I sent him a PM a couple of days ago about the donation funds that he's in control of from the previous thread - he's been online a couple of times since [1] & [2], but hasn't responded.

Eleven days later...

Lutpin has again been online again today [3] but has not responded to my PM concerning the funds he is holding on behalf of the Known Alts thread.

While this is not at the Scam Accusation level, I believe this is speaking to his reputation by ignoring my PM to him.

If anyone is able to reach out to Lutpin can they point out there is a PM from me that requires Lutpin's attention. [Archive]

looks like the account RomanovAndrey1987 is associated with an ico scam.

Hi,

Tell me please, what exactly Andrey did wrong? Do you have any proves?
Also, do you really thinks that persons who worked for ICO knows that this scam and continue working? In 99% cases Scams do not inform their employes about this.

Andrey participated in 12-13 ICOs and only 1 of them become scam - ThinkCoin. And its not his fault that he provide translation service for them or community support. He also realised this when all investors.

And if he understand this in the beginning he wont work with them.

Sad, that people like you do not understand the specifics and even simple logic about the process. And coz you limited with your logic you would like to undermine reputation of 1 person who actually very good guy and also bring the shadow to our ICO ArtPro

Please think sometimes before you write something.

After they got the payment, all of them were sent their token to this address 0x7721422ba0e5aeef2bd29e574442de637fc921d8, as you can see on here
https://etherscan.io/address/0x7721422ba0e5aeef2bd29e574442de637fc921d8#tokentxns

With that proofs, we can say if examplens, loughlin, and pickupcoin are connected.

But it's not over yet,  this cheater even has more alt account to cheat other bounties.

dradin's address

So, let see how many bounties he cheated with all of his alt accounts:

for your refference:

examplens' ETH address : 0x12dC169f15A10c095A3fF235F9d7fFD6a1D19a13 (red arrow)
loughlin's ETH address : 0x1792b6032bafc2d8c3cc203f48555d70458b06dc ( black arrow)
pickupcoin's ETH address : 0x59667a9fa812f67D1B1cF63ABbCeb337D7093e50 (green arrow)
dradin's ETH address : 0x6313f6bd9E6910D52e17096FE2cB7a414A73DC64  (blue arrow)

All of these address have sent their bounties token on here https://etherscan.io/tokentxns?a=0x49a7cb5cefbad138e0b62c6003048ef8271483a1&p=2

Then, examplens, loughlin, pcikupcoin and dradin are connected!

Well, I did some research and first connection looks suspicious. For second connection, I have found this thread:

My wallet on MEW is compromised. Someone stole all of my tokens from there. I think they hacked my desktop computer.
Now i expect to receive new tokens on this address and is too late to change with new address.
Is there any chance to change my private key, or to lock them wih password or any 2fa
Undecided

IIRC few similar cases exist, one ring has been caught lying that their address was hacked, while after "hack" they used address somewhere. Not saying this is the case, but, it is very strange that hack happened to 2 users with various connections.

Account dradin posted this email:
That looks like a name from ex-yu space.

Perhaps, better connection between account pickupcoin and examplens is this:

What are the chances two “friends” have the same type of wallet hacked at nearly the same time
Roll Eyes

He does a pretty good job of keeping his addresses separated. Even if his wallet was hacked, the connection would still exist as it would show the person has the private keys on the same computer even if in different wallet files.

I did not find account loughlin here. Strange. Why someone whose address was hacked didn't change password while other users have changed password?

[Archive]

I've received an email from Lutpin who has formally refused to hand over the funds.  I have my own thoughts but any guidance on how should proceed would be appreciated.

Aw fuck.

I got your PM, Timelord2067, and I don't check this thread regularly anymore.  Last I heard of Lutpin was him screwing the participants of the campaigns lightlord was running, though I think he did make good in the end--I can't remember.  I did leave him a neg at one point.

Do you have the contents of that e-mail or what?  I think you ought to quote it here for reference, but that's just my opinion.  If you start up a flag against him with solid evidence, I'll support it because I lost my faith in him after the lightlord situation.  I don't know why he went rogue, but that's what it appears happened.

And I wasn't aware there were funds being held anywhere for this thing.  That's news to me, but again I haven't been following this thread for a while.

If this thread helped you or you want to send a little tip for another reason, the address for donations is: 1KnownF41AXkhgry3wNTHJ7NZM6jo1Kohy
Donations are managed an distributed by Lutpin, in coordiation with mexxer-2
Donations are for different thread. I am not sure about "distribution" part, don't really understand it. Perhaps each "participant" should have received their share of donations.
