Buy bitcoin and wait for hardfork or buy dumped coins

If I do have that amount, I simply put on 50% on Bitcoin and I divide rest 50% for the following:
ETH, LTC, OMG, Dash, XMR.

Those Alts perform very great from previous months till now.

If I had a sum of 10k USD, I would have no doubt buy Bitcoin of one third. For the second third, I would buy Ethereum and for the rest also Waves as you write.

One week is a very short time for crypto investment. I prefer for you Stratis and Waves. Both should take a big step forward. Waves has a very good chance to grow x2
