Are we supposed to post just once?
According to what OP says: "I am giving away 0.01 mBTC To all member's account that signs up and posts their account username." So, it seems to me that we need to post the username just once, but I see people on the thread posting it various times in different days.
As you can see below in the Quote from OP, you are allowed to come back and claim everyday.
