Most likely the campaign owner has wanted some last minute changes/decisions (he changed all the payouts to 0 BTC, as a placeholder), or there was a dispute for something so they are sorting things out before starting. Pretty obvious things are still being set up:

Why don't you use your original account instead of making a new account? If you don't have any proofs for this alt account of the signature manager(deadly) then it's useless. The error that encountered accessing the forum might be the primarily the reason, or he's just trying to edit the campaign details, trying to communicate with the project's owner or whatsoever and he still didn't even put the rates, why in rush? lol

Oh wow, someone who created another account just to say bad things about a campaign or a campaign manager. Try putting your shoes on the manager's position. There is definitely a reason why the campaign manager locked the thread. You just have to look at the rank and trust rating of the person, do you think for someone who made it to the rank of legendary with that much trust rating will just go and scam people? i don't think so. I think a campaign manager is compensated enough that he doesn't at least needs to enroll alts for signatures. Moreover even if he wants to get his alts accepted he would just simply reject everybody and accept his own accounts no one can ever raise any question on that. Moreover if you are so sure about it why don't make such accusations from your original account??

OP is the type of people who sees the forum as his personal cash cow, a little problem with a signature campaign and he has to create a separate topic and accusing without proofs
I hope you will ban him from your campaign if you found his main account, just try to find user with similar word and grammar structure

I was hoping to read something more intelligent and on point as I was wondering what a campaign that opened today could have done wrong in less than 24hours, I guess Op was either disappointed of not being picked on his own official handle or just looking for a reason to cause trouble. I have seen a manager prepare a campaign thread in archival and some users followed his posts to go and apply there until he locked the thread to be able to effect the changes he want. We have also seen managers locked down a thread because some conditions on the campaign had not been met. This is not a big deal Op just like what everybody else have maintained.

The real scammer here is the OP for opening an alt account and settling for a nick that seeks to impersonate the owner of the project and then venting his frustration and lack of patience on the campaign manager. First time I read the thread announcing the campaign, I noticed the rates and minimum/maximum posts per week were not quite decided and it turned out the manager had to lock the thread in order to address those and I don't see anything scammy about taking some steps to fulfill a managerial role.

This is nonsense, deadley has run some campaigns before though I didn't took the part of it but I saw on how he managed it and it was a success. This guy is quite new on sorting things before starting a campaign. Sometimes commonsense is what we need to understand that they are not ready and modifying rules/rates before starting.
