There is nothing like small ICO project because its either its successful or its not successful which means you need to be prepared for whatever the outcome. However, there are so many factors to put into consideration and not see it as a way to raise "small money" you might eventually get more than what you bargained for.

1. What you intend raising an ICO for, what gap does it seek to close in the crypto world?

2. How do you expect it to bring return to the investors in area of listing it on exchange which is one key thing a lot of people are after before even putting their fund into any ICO?

3. What timeline and milestone is your projects planning to accomplish?

My intend to say Small ICO is a small project for reference to projecting the outcome of ICO by verifying all steps involve in it. I m gonna publish it in my college seminar. All raising will be real but not for the amount of millions. It will be a small market area based. I m planning to map all recruitment styles adopted by my local recruiters and unified all of them to a planned process by using blockchain contracts.
In short-- only to promote and let aware the blockchain technology to colleges and companies that are there to recruit students for jobs.

I think that ICO is not a way for "researching on potential of recruitment fundamentals". You can learn basics without launching an ICO. Just read about it. Abot marketing, development of cryptocurrencies, etc.

A newbie here in forum and just asks how to launch an ICO? I'll ask you one thing, let's forget and don't include your commerce doctorate. But why there's a need for you to launch an ICO? And besides being a doctorate you should know how to spell things properly.

ETH tokens can be developed by hiring ETH developers. Buy some good theme for wordpress or hire someone to design one custom theme for ICO. But keep in mind, if you can't have attractive whitepaper and clear roadmap for your project nobody gonna invest into it.

If you are thinking to make "small ICO", then you will scam people, as they will buy the token, which will not have utility. And you can fall easily with that small ICO to security field, as you will get funding for the company and not for utility... legally does not matter, if your cap is 100 $ or 1 million... scam is a scam and doing ICO for research is a scam.

Sorry my bad but I thought most of the doctoral degrees learned quite some on how to speak well since you need it for communication. Well what's the reason why you need to start an ICO? Do you have any tough reason behind it since there are too many of it already.

you should consider carefully and seriously, if you want to build a project form the recruit team they have the skills or basic you need, and they also want to contribute with you. if your project is serious in the future it is good but if you just culminate deceive your intention. hope you succeed

Creating your own ICO is very difficult and making good ICO needs to have good team which help to develop your project. You need have good strategies and plan in doing ICO and I suggest try to look for good team will able to make your ICO success.

It is indeed good to start a project but the problem is that you have to provide lots of money in the preparation of the project you wish to implement. I do believe that it is possible and I know some small projects that are operating now and it is already working. The crypto or token is not yet listed and they announces that it is for the mean time while they were still developing the project to its full capacity to earn huge profit.
