In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I think it will actually be higher than that. I've been lurking for a while, but it seems like there's an increase in ASICs being thrown around these days. With more mining, would that lead to overall deflation?
