Hi, what is the minimum we're allowed to send please? and the max amount of addresses that can be used in mass payout?. For example can i send to 1000 people at the same time and give them all 0.00002 ltc? Do you know if network fees can stay below $0.05 usd with mass payouts?. I havent make a deposit as yet so it won't let me check. thanks

I cannot tell exactly the minimum amount which you'll be able to send but you can surely have multiple recipients in a single transaction and it will also save you quite some amount in fees. You can check this article for more information.

Hi, I have another question. In electrum btc I sometimes get a message about fee rounding when i send coins. I would increase the fee when i see that message because i get scared that my transaction will be lost. Is it necessary to increase my fee? It claims it's for privacy but i wonder if that message only shows up when sending amount is too low? i cant find much info in google. thanks

Oh, you mean "Output value rounding".
It's actually there to just round up the amount to nearest hundred satoshi.
You can send it as it is without rounding & it will still go through but it's better to round up the amount.
The code for it is here: https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/blob/3.1.1/lib/coinchooser.py#L160
