Is the ban is permanent? Is it possible to remove the ban? Also if there are rules which needs to

the account you linked has a zero post and seems a newly created account but how can it be possible to be banned without even posting? maybe your talking about evil points here? and your account cant post because it has an evil points? then if thats the case you need to pay a small amount of satoshi's first in order you can start posting. just follow the given inscructions that has been given to you.

Yes i too checked. But my friend is saying that she has post around 30 post. It seems all the post has been deleted and status set to brand new and account is banned too.

In the mail, there is no demand of satoshi. Even if so, please provide the address where it needs to be sent.
Also provide the email id of concerned person to whom we can mail. Her id is complete ban. And remove ban
request cannot be raised. The mail was auto generated by system

The account has been nuked by someone. Once an account is banned in such a way there is no way to buy yourself out of the ban as it is permanent. Your "friend" must have been consistently shitposting or breaking some other rule to be nuked though.
