Lessons that you should improve your trading as well as your plan in order to not repeat the same kinds of mistakes in the future. I know that losing a trade can let anybody be down with themselves as they lose money in the process but it what makes you do better as you want to get back those losses in the future and the way you will do it is by improving your skills in trading.
