Hello, I want to open the discussion about Centra campaign which still not paid for their translators(and other participants), as it mentioned on the bounty thread, the totall amount of tokens for translators should be 300,000, after the bounty campaign ends, we had an announcement from SmartIphone: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2057569.msg22494141#msg22494141

The end dates to make this payments 3rd of December and today is 9th and there still no spreadsheet with calculations after 70 days from that announcement,
according to the rules the stakes should be divided between translators, but there is only 19 people who made translation for this certain camapaign, and translators get 1000 tokens each, which is not even close to to real amount.

It's always good to point out abuses like this, but this is typical of so many "altcoins". They whip hundreds of people into a frenzy, claiming to be the next big thing, and simply use them to perpetuate a giant pyramid scheme. There is always an end or payment date and everything is built towards that, the owners rely on peoples trust to that point and then simply disappear - a whole lot richer. It is very easy to buy accounts on this forum, so it is unlikely that you will be able to pin down the real person behind it.

I already sent over 20 messages and I dont get any response for that, from Sam, SmartIphone and other centra team, so I decided to open this thread, it also depends how much you get paid if you get only 1000 tokens that's not a right amount for that work because totall amount of coins is 300 000 and there is only 19 translators

We didnt saw that spreadsheet since the end of ICO. The terms that SmartIphone provided already ended and in the bounty page, nobody from centra team mentioned about some "Bitsset", maybe we would not even take this as a work because of that, now bounty campaign ends and you telling that you involved some other company which you never mentioned before, so provide us the spreadsheet with calculations you had over then 60 days for that and people get 1000 tokens for their work, I dont believe that 1000 tokens it's a exact amount

I got my first payment from social media ( twitter + blog ) and actually I am still waiting for second payment for translation of whitepaper+ ann thread.

If you can wait, it doesnt mean that every translator will accept that, to wait additional time which is violation from their side and it's already 67 days after they made the anouncement and still dont have a spreadsheet to disagree or agree with that payment

I think you're mixing up the campaigns. The 840 CTR you mention are from the Slack/Telegram campaign, that was already paid weeks ago. Still waiting, but translations bounties should be several thousands.

So, that's the first time that I open an scam accusation against an project.

I'm working with translations for a while, I always try to delivery my best in order to help these projects and the whole portuguese community, I don't care if the ICO doesn't pay me in case they did not raised the min cap and I've also picked up some projects with an (fixed) smaller bounty and I never got upset because the price was underrated.

So let's go straight to the facts, CENTRA (CTR) promissed an bounty pool of 2% (15% to translators) and after the ICO finished, they said that would pay in batches in a period of 8 weeks. The token was listed on exchanges on 26/09, so let's take this date as the starting date.
26/09 to 21/11 = 8 weeks
Today (05/12) it will reach the 12th week.

I've talked with others translators as well, some received the payment, some received an smaller amount and the reason was: "he said that they paid some asian translators which made them 125 works and they should give them also part of that bounty".

Also, I'm trying to contact CTR team for a long time, on Slack, Bitcointalk, Telegram, e-mail and they just ignore me. The only guy that replied something was "pharaoh"(thank you) on Slack however that's not his department.

Look that the replies was fast af.. and then the ICO finished and they just started to ignore the PMs, unfortunately they reached the Slack messages limit and a lot of these messages was lost, and probably they can erase some PMs since they have an "add-on" that can do it to avoid phishing(I'm saying that because I noticed that some chats just gone away).

So, I just don't understand how a big project (in terms of money raised, team, etc.) like this can be so amateur and unprofessional.

I just don't know who's the responsible for the bounties, if is SmartIphone or some CTR boss, so I don't know who can I blame in order to receive an negative trust or whatsoever and I think they just don't care about an negative trust since they already collected a lot of money.

I'm just upset with this project and for sure more people will come here to say the same and confirm my history.

Absolutely all participants should be listed in the spreadsheets - if they are not in the spreadsheets - they did not participate. How do we know you are not sending out 10x less amounts?

Do you see what is written here? Where did these "translators from other countries outside the forum" come from if the bounty topic is created specifically for Bitcointalk? You have published a bounty pool size for THIS forum.

I think translators will remove their translations soon and label this project as a scam with big, red letters in the 1st post until they get paid in full, based on the spreadsheets. They have nothing to lose anyway.

I totally agree with your statement, we get x10 lower then it should be, 1000 tokens got people from Slack/Telegram, which is understandable but for translators it's nothing comparing to amount of people that participated on this campaign and amount of tokens that should be distributed.

They paid well during the signature campaign and must say it was all in time as mentioned but as we see the bounty for translation is close to 300k, they do not want it to get dumped and lower the CTR price.Due to this, they stopped paying translators and slowed down the process of payment for other bounties.

I was asked to take up their Whitepaper but I din't as it was too long and the format was kinda weird (too many images) and hence I did not ask anyone if the amount was right. They had any case taken too long to send the payment and I was glad that they atleast sent something in return for my work. I never got to see their final sheet though.

I filled the complaint form and I guess my share should have been about 7500 minimum for the ANN but I received barely 12% of it which is unfair. The thread is locked which means nobody would respond to this complaint.

You can't recieve much more, they already paid 872 tokens for each participant, not depending if you made only ANN or ANN and Whitepaper, so this form it's formality, nobody get paid thru it and no explanation for why everyone get the same amount doing different amount of job

There wasn't such thing as filling up form to get the bounty when the signature payment was done.Centra team didn't want the token to get dumped hard and so decided to use this method to keep the distribution slow and even didn't share the updated sheet with tokens to be distributed.

Yes, it get's deleted by moderators at bitcointalk forum, because of the new rules, after that I sent a message at slack channel for transfering my translations to bitcoingarden and I sent you over then 6 messages on slack about changing the link to bitcoingarden, you always said: "I am busy", "I will do that later".

And now  I get deleted from slack channel, for saying that I would open the Scam Accusation and before that I get deleted for asking about the bounty payment(Which also happend with other participants). I agree that i get 1840 tokens, but other translators which I talk to get nothing or 840 tokens, even with 1840 tokens it is not a close ammount to promised 300 000

They should have been started from 8th of December on Friday, but nobody recieved any payment from that period as we mentioned.

Dont add 1350 tokens to this ammount because it's paid for signature campaign, not translation, explain the situation why it's still not paid for other translators and they got 840 tokens, some of them got 0 and where is the spreadsheet ?

So wondering what does one do when topics are deleted due to self-moderation on some threads and then you are not allowed to appeal. What is the solution to these issues and what can be done in order to fix these issues from reoccurring?

Patience is a virtue. They are verifying everyone's entries. Translators were involved in other countries not included in the spreadsheet through Bitsset for various Asia continent countries. If your not happy that's your problem.

They aren't going to pay now as already they disabled their bounty telegram group and in their main chat, they keep giving false promises. Their online chat doesn't respond, they don't bother to read mails nor do they send out tokens to people who submitted the form earlier. I heard they were still paying out earlier (10 members of less per day) but I'm losing hope.

Only 10% is what everyone got and some did not get that too. They said that they will now need to refill their wallet and then send out tokens again but nobody knows a set date for that. Waiting for months now for this news.
