I add 6798.4 PWC to Coins-E and they still not showing in your system like waiting for confirm. I wait all night, where are my coins?

I send tickets 2 times, not any respons. Are your exchange FAKE? This site legit or just steal coins?

Yesterday (about 24hr ago) I sent some funds to my Phenixcoin wallet address in Coins-e with the following transaction id: bd2b71868e8acf6a4d8698154a5e5af7ebd5e6a6fd83fd6a54d9cd788035e2e7

However, after more than 24 h the funds are not shown in my account, and no unconfirmed balance is shown either. But the transaction entered the blockchain in block 69598, as shown in the PXC block explorer.

According to this post that's a known issue but if I press the "Refresh" button nothing happens.

Any assistance is welcome.
