Transaction unconfirmed since 3 days

Hi my Transaction is stuck for more than 3 days and it looks kinda weird to me! I am pretty new and this is my first transaction I did and I am very upset that it didnt work at all. I am checking it every 2 hours whether its confirmed or not. Could anyone maybe help me with this problem and also and why does it now say it is beeing sent to 2 different adresses?  Thank you in advance!
