Launch Electrum > File > New/Restore > Choose a name > Click next > Choose Standard wallet > Click next > Choose Use public or private keys > Click next > Enter your master public key (xpub, ypub, zpub) > Click next > Done.

Thanks you SFR10. I did just the way you said but the last <Next> button doesn't allow to be clicked.
It looks the same as it is on the Electrum manual. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks again in advance for your time and fast answer.

Make sure that the MPK's you pasted into your desired watching wallet MATCH the keys you copied out of your Electrum fully seeded wallet.  In other words I think you may have copied the keys from your REAL wallet incorrectly.  Sometimes cut and paste causes people to hurry and they miss a character when they highlight to copy to clipboard.  Especially look at the first few and last few characters of the keys.  If you don't have a valid key the "next" button will stay grey'd out.  Works the same way when folks try to insert their seed incorrectly.  Its Electrum's way of protecting folks from mistakes.  Your keys must match because Electrum will generate EVERY address you have used (once online), if zero used you will get the first 20 addresses, which will exactly match the addresses of your seeded wallet, even though the watching wallet has no seed at all on it.
