Hello All ,
Before few days everything was fine , i had few bitcoins in Mybitcoin.com .
Suddenly today i am not able to access it , what can this be ? It says login information is incorrect .
And there is no way i can contact them without logging in ...

Please help !

Thanks a lot !

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I learned the hard way that mybitcoin are a joke when I lost my password and discovered that there's no way to reset it or even contact them without creating a new account. Even if you do create a new password and contact them, they're unlikely to actually respond.

Thankfully it only cost me 1BTC to find this out.

Creating a new account doesn't seem to allow you in, either.  Maybe just a database problem they're having. As a precaution I changed some of my payout addresses to my local btc address anyhow until this appears to be resolved or not.

If it turns out being the second time my coins at MyBitCoin are lost, I'm going to be furious.

I had 10.08 the first time, and another 10 or so this time. 20 bitcoins just vanishing into thin air because MyBitCoin can't be professional?

Time to start storing them locally, and spending my newly generated coins lawyering up.

Don't use mybitcoin

Just use the bitcoin software to generate keys and receive BTC
