i bet most everyone goes through the same thing.  took me about 20 hours of steady work to get my miners running.  now i am trying to figure out how to point them to my bitcoin.exe and mine solo.

Btw you can push that rate 3% higher by just modding a single file in the miner directory, if you are using poclbm.

Go to kernel.cl & edit
