I remember these names. I connected them to another member, BUK2016, that's not on your list here.

Hmm thank you, the script hasn't scanned that thread yet. It'll be somewhat automated soon though.

Ibminer, is this just for BTC paid signature campaigns or if I find any bounty abusers could I also list them here? I have a feeling this thread might just turn into an alt-account thread like Lauda's & Timelord's. Afterall, why else would the average person have an alt account other than to abuse campaigns.

If other threads accept the altcoin bounty abusers, I would add them there. I'm staying within BTC campaigns for now, and it does appear that it is going to be more of an alt finder at the moment but the automation of it narrows down the accounts to look at quicker so I can look further into the accounts for behavior that is not trustworthy. Keep in mind, I really don't find alts trustworthy in general, especially large groups of them, and most of them just constantly re-join campaigns every month or so and spew nonsense...  Roll Eyes

Based on the blatant lies and false accusations, my first account is not eligible to join signature campaigns and I also need to make some money to pay my monthly living expenses. The false accusations forced me to create other accounts, otherwise I will be on the street soon.

If I use maximal one account in a signature campaign, is this an abuse?

I do not understand the abuse part, because the signature campaign manager checks the posts and only eligible posts are paid?
--snip--

If you had one signature campaign under one account, you wouldn't be here. I do not have an issue with an individual person advertising in their signature. And this should not be your primary source of income, although I highly doubt you will be on the streets.

--snip--
I would also like to say that I would be strongly suspicious of any campaign ever managed by Lauda, although a few accounts that I suspect to be his sockpuppets generally do not participate in his campaigns.

Thank you for the links and explanation! As for Lauda, what is the reason to be suspicious?  I assume there is a theory here... I can imagine a few but I haven't seen evidence of anything at this point with any campaigns being run by Lauda. I'm all ears Grin
Well I admittedly don't have any evidence specific to any of the campaigns Luada runs. My statement is more around my overall distrust of Lauda. I think Lauda is someone who is willing to do anything (regardless of how unethical, immoral, or illegal said action is) to obtain a desired "good" result, including if that means enriching himself in the process.

There are a couple of examples of this, the extortion situation, that you are well aware of, as well as a time when Lauda acted as escrow and was in the process of imposing losses on those he was supposed to be protecting when it turned out his escrow setup was inadequate -- IIRC, there were not actually losses because someone on the escrow team was able to 'strong arm' the alleged scammer/thief into handing over ~$10k (IIRC) in cash to be used to buy BTC via coinbase to repay the investors (which in itself is borderline illegal, but may be worse depending on what exactly was communicated to the alleged scammer, and what exculpatory evidence existed - not just what was known at the time of the recovery).

I would also point out that this, and this (I would disagree this guy is catching people doing anything bad or harmful, but it still falls in lie with what a "sting operation" is) are examples of "sting" operations, while this is not.

Anyway, back on topic, I am not sure I would fully support what you are doing. I would point out that if someone is contributing to conversations (and not talking to himself) in all (most) of his posts, the number of accounts he uses to do this really does not matter, nor does the fact he is getting paid for his signature matter. Sure one could argue that multiple accounts in a campaign violates the "rules" of the campaign, however this rule ultimately harms the advertiser because he gets less "good quality" posts (advertisements) in his campaign, while the campaign manager will benefit because he has the potential to receive more trust ratings when more people participate in his campaigns.

You did indicate you will leave ratings on a case-by-case basis, and if you are leaving ratings because someone is making a lot of crap posts (one liners), I would support your project more, although this is generally something the moderators should ultimately handle (via bans).

I did say I haven't seen any evidence of anything relating to your campaigns, but I always listen. If baboons could speak a language I understood, I'd listen to them too, and it would probably be a fascinating conversation. But it doesn't mean I'm going to agree or support everything they may say.

QS, like a lot of people on this forum, seem to have their motives which can sometimes be unclear. I try my best to not support the motives that I do not agree with, but I don't generally like to just ignore things.
You do realize that what you're doing, and what I've been doing over the past year, is directly harming QS's business, right? Therefore, rationally it absolutely makes no sense to listen to him unless you like wasting your time on basement pests. In case of the later, you aren't exactly a rational person and should considering reading a book or visiting a course. There's only so much time that you will ever have.

Based on the blatant lies and false accusations, my first account is not eligible to join signature campaigns and I also need to make some money to pay my monthly living expenses. The false accusations forced me to create other accounts, otherwise I will be on the street soon.
If you are surviving by spamming sig. campaigns, you're an idiot who deserves to be permanently banned from here.

We are not abusing the campaign, we are using the same wallet to avoid paying higher fees on sending BTC to our fiat wallet. The accounts are being handled by different people and we are on one computer shop, I know this may not be common in some 1st world countries but in ours computer shops or cafes are abundant and reason why we are using one wallet is to avoid having different transaction fees in sending the bitcoins. I never thought that this would caused the accounts of having a negative feedback in the future. I am really sorry for that.
Yeah..no.

I would point out that if someone is contributing to conversations (and not talking to himself) in all (most) of his posts, the number of accounts he uses to do this really does not matter, nor does the fact he is getting paid for his signature matter.

IMO, it's not trustworthy behavior. Your defense of alts is sort of supporting Lauda's comments about you making this sort of thing a business.

I do not like hidden alts, in general, the same way I wouldn't want to walk into a room of people and have someone come up and introduce themselves as "Dan" and then have a conversation with me, and then I find out when I get back home that this person is also known as Omar, Dave, George, etc. and then I find out he is paid while acting like someone else because of the logo he was wearing. Would I trust that person after that? NO, even if he wasn't getting paid, but this just makes it worse in my mind because it adds greed into the dishonesty.
Greed + dishonesty == two traits shared by all scammers

Hello, I'm the actual owner of FaithETH, and my account has been given negative reputation due to an misunderstanding that it is apparently an alt of xSkyer, which is not true. I'm a new person to the cryptocurrency market and I wanted to get into them before, but couldn't afford to have the time that I could spend on systematically trading, not to mention I already had tons of paperwork on my hands and haven't actually invested in any goods or fiat currencies. My friend xSkyer told me about this forum that offered various campaigns where I could get bitcoins for meeting certain post quotas per week. Since I spend alot of time writing on my computer and I finally found some spare time to learn the basics of cryptocurrencies, I made FaithETH so I could atleast make a bit of profit. I got introduced to hardware wallets and I was offered by xSkyer a deal that we share a wallet so the transactions fees wouldn't hurt both of us as much. I hesitated at first, but I have the tendency to make spontaneous and often bad decisions. By that time I got a new batch of documents and paperwork to work through, so I just accepted so I could be assured I was actually getting paid for using some of my free hours to make posts. I would like to stress the fact here that xSkyer has NOT been honest with me and I was not aware he had alternative accounts. I would've rethinked that decision had I not been in a rush every now and then. I was pretty sure however, that sharing a wallet was not infringing on any rules, but that was just an empty assumption, it just proves I should take my time and adress any questions I had with some double checks on the forum rules and policies. I had my reputation striped away and my account disabled to make any profit off campaigns. I know that I have broken the rules of the forum, and I would like to apologize for my behaviour and my haphazard way of dealing with issues. I took my time to make posts on FaithETH and meet the campaign owner's post quotas, it also helped me understand cryptocurrencies better, and it hurts that when I've only just begun I already got bad reputation assigned to me because of a stupid decision that I made and my friend's dishonesty with me. Thank you for reading, I hope you'll understand and maybe change your mind about my account.

Rules?... you are just not trustworthy. You're openly stating that you know nothing about cryptocurrencies, and haven't invested anything in cryptocurrencies and yet here you are:

I'm cozied up with investing into cryptocurrencies currently, so I don't plan on taking onto investing in other sectors as of now. But if I had to choose it would be up and coming small businesses, for quick and easy fiat cash income as a supplementary bonus to my bitcoin stash.

It's not currently fit for daily purposes, more as an storage of wealth. Think of it like gold, you don't exactly go to a store and pay for your groceries with bars of real gold. Bitcoin is just more accessible as not everybody can exactly get gold for performing certain tasks.

It's best to diversify your investments, 50/50 would be a good split if you want to also have a chunk of the etherum cake and bitcoin as well. Etherum, while alot of people would rather pick bitcoin and understandably so, is also an promising cryptocurrency, it may earn you some money too and who knows, maybe it'll become stronger in the future?

If you want to make profit and actually have the sum you earned in fiat money you gotta sell them bitcoins, but alot of people specifically keep them to sell them at the most opportune moment, a bit like having a share of an company.

I could go on... but it would be a waste of time.
You are a Charlatan. And not someone anyone should trust.

Okay, fair enough. Those posts contradict what I said in my previous post, but I was writing that one in a hurry, I'm really stressed out by my work and I'm trying to patch things up with the time I'm given, and I'm sorry that I didn't make a good first impression. I want to make everything clear in this post, because I have to focus on other things, hope that this should erase any confusion about my predicament. I said already that I was not an experienced person in cryptocurrencies, which was sometimes reflected in my some of my posts that I've made before. I want to point out that I never was some sort of a satellite of xSkyer, nor did he told me what to write or post. The only influence he had on my account was the shared wallet, and he did give me a few of his opinions and explained various aspects of cryptocurrencies to me. Granted my knowledge was still limited, but I did make out my own opinions and translated them onto my posts. I specifically took a break from posting some time, right before xSkyer got his reputation stripped away, to specifically pull up a book about cryptocurrencies that I could read to improve my knowledge and make posts of higher quality than before.

Why did I lie that I have traded before? Well, to be blunt, I always make sure I write down what I think after taking a full gander at the topic at hand, and I almost never made haphazard posts save for these about me trading and a few other stinkers. I'm under alot of pressure from my employer, so sometimes I had to cut it short. The worse posts were meant as filler so I could quickly wrap up before having to go back and focus on my main job. I also kind of minimized my objections towards them because I did not and still aren't planning on hopping into Bitcoin Trading. Given the amount of work and that I don't have the confidence that I would be able to successfully manage my resources in crypto-trade, let alone fiat currency trade or stock market trade, it kind of seemed like doing this rarely from time to time would not harm anybody. I didn't want to fool anybody into trading with me to scam them, I'm not that kind of person. I just wanted to make a bit of bitcoins with no real financial risk without getting into feuds with anybody. Looking back on it I shouldn't have lied, but like I said I don't think I hurt anybody while doing this. I meant no ill intentions while writing these posts.

Now that doesn't put me in a good light at all, since those individual posts could be just treated as spam, but I don't think this is an offence bad enough to disable my account from earning bitcoins from campaigns. Yet, I don't think this even relates to the original issue at all. Spammers and people that post worse fluff come everyday to this forum, some even have scammed people out of their bitcoins before, and they will still get paid in campaigns that they enter, but I can't do it because I lied on a couple of posts, which isn't something to be proud of but didn't actually break any major rules in the end, nor did it hurt anybody in the process. Calling me an charlatan gives me the impression that you jumped to a conclusion that I'm some vicious scammer looking out to steal bitcoins from gullible people. I shouldn't be percieved as such, for reasons mentioned earlier. As for the actual reason I had my reputation stripped away, I made the mistake of sharing a wallet with xSkyer, but I was led to believe that I wasn't exactly breaking any rules. Having my time that I put into working on my account go to waste because of an misunderstanding is kind of frustrating, especially since xSkyer was being dishonest with me and I was not aware of his alts. I had a talk with him recently and he apologized for the whole ordeal. We've both agreed to cut ties in terms of anything related to cryptocurrencies and bitcoin. Thank you again, I'm looking foward to straightening any possible objections you may have and I hope we can come to some sort of an agreement.

I guess we will agree to disagree. What book or course should I be seeking exactly?  Cheesy

I believe it always makes sense to listen. And I believe most intelligent people do not dismiss or ignore anything, whether or not they hate the idea or person, they will listen. I try to avoid confirmation bias.

Who are these scammers that are getting paid from campaigns?  I'd love to look at their accounts as well.

Looking back on it I shouldn't have lied, but like I said I don't think I hurt anybody while doing this. I meant no ill intentions while writing these posts.

You don't know who you have hurt, the amount of crap you've spewed on the worlds largest Bitcoin forum without knowing anything about Bitcoin or cryptocurrency hurts anyone searching for information and landing on your crappy posts. It could be thousands of people you have misinformed and what repercussions happen from that misinformation to those people could be big... and all because you wanted financial gain for posting crap you don't even understand.

Start over with a new account, if you are sincere, you will post as yourself and not a charlatan and may eventually even get paid again while learning along the way.

Dude, I don't know what grudge you hold against me, but if you're saying that most of the stuff I posted on this forum is worthless crap and disinformation, then I guess all of the forum is filled to the brim with the same exact people blowing hot air with no substance whatsoever. I can't even put my finger what exactly constitutes as such in your perspective, I look at my posts and while they aren't perfect they're not disinformation most of the time, infact most of them are in line of what most people believe here, or you know, most of the time they're opinions.

You're making it seem like such a huge deal that I've apparently hurt many people with my posts, yet there's countless other people saying even more assinine things than I ever did. Take a good look at the General Discussion subforum for instance. Have a problem with that? Start a forum post seeking out people who process their stupid thoughts into posts for money, if it matters that much. It's not like the people I've "hurt" can seek out confirmation in other sources or point out that I'm saying is wrong. After all that's what discussion is for. The part I'm most confused about is that you have a problem with me earning bitcoins off campaigns. If that's why you don't want to see my account return to normal then why not just give 75% of the people participating in most campaigns negative rep? Campaigns encourage this kind of behaviour with their post quotas. It's not surprising alot of people are doing this only for money. The people participating in them have posted the exact thing countless times that you are giving me crap for here. Look, I'm not going to try and prove anything anymore,  if anything I'm just gonna give up, one less pest for you. I've wasted my time developing my account not ultimately because of my connections to an user who broke the rules, but your morality crusade to protect the forum from some dude who was just getting into this gig, when theres hundreds of more, probably even worse offenders of this category. And really, if I'm such a charlatan that you're portraying me as, then I wouldn't even bother trying to get my account back to normal in the first place and try to be a better poster. Good luck on finding those alts.

Cheesy I wonder whether anyone believes these whiny excuse stories and if they do, what they are so naive. This isn't even a "I didn't know", but a "I knowingly abused and spammed with my siblings" story.

Even if your story is legitimate, you are a shitposter and should not be allowed to post anyways.

Hi Louda are you voice of ibminer? I respectfully asked the explanation why you are so arrogant anyway what you answered is not the answer for my question "why not all the accounts having the negative trust?" What ever it is rule should be equal to all.

Hi Louda are you voice of ibminer?
I'm the voice of the animal who is reviewing all these reports (by ibminers and others), and the one who is going to tag you next.

I respectfully asked the explanation why you are so arrogant anyway what you answered is not the answer for my question "why not all the accounts having the negative trust?" What ever it is rule should be equal to all.
It would be very wrong to treat everyone and every case equally, and by equally I mean that they are handled equally. Other than the classic abusers, most connections are very unique and while someone might deserve a negative rating right away for doing something, someone else might not for the same thing.[1]

[1] e.g. Offering escrow services. Someone without a trading history might get negged right away, while someone with one would probably not.

I'm looking at each of these individually... and some are easier, for me, to leave feedback than others. But at the same time, I want to provide this information so that if anyone else sees a reason to leave feedback, they may. All alts should be disclosed in my opinion. On a case-by-case basis there are a lot of variables I look at and discussing these with shitposters would provide knowledge to them I do not want to provide.

I also have limited time and haven't fully gone through a lot of this yet - the way that I want to. The data comes back faster then I can efficiently process and analyze, so I've focused most of my time recently to adjusting this script to try and make it an easier process of collecting and reviewing.

And,

Update 3:
Added a few to Update 2 that popped up in these results (in bold).

I will organize/merge the updates a little better… in my spare time. Wink

I think it is a fairly weak argument to say that I support a cause/viewpoint, and therefore earn money from said cause/viewpoint.

I also support due process, but I am not in the business of defending criminals in court. I support the freedom of speech, but do not profit from selling megaphones.

When you introduce yourself in person, it is a social norm to use your real name (or your nickname). When you post on a discussion board, it is very well known that the "handle" someone is posting from is not that person's real name. I am not under the impression that you are known as "ibminer" to those you interact with every day in person. I am not sure if you use other internet forum or not, but if you do, I think there is a good chance you go by another handle on other forums, possibly those that I may also participate in, it is theoretically possible we have done business on some of those forums under different handles.

Hi, the mlferro account has been hacked, so I'm using this shouter account. In this topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1903301.msg26281400#msg26281400 I'm trying to recover my account.
I am not abusing signature services. please update this

Thank you
Marcelo
