Setting up a platform which allows daily transactions like a debit card

I am an attorney in the US, and I am trying to build a cryptocurrency platform that allows daily transactions like a debit card. I know how to structure it and how to set it up on the legal side, but I need to partner with someone on the technical side, who is very experienced with coding, bitcoin, security and point-of-sale devices. Any recommendations?
