Great project dev, but i have a question based on your statement

Currently our team has developed an Alpha version of The altOWL Project with functional versions  for OSX, windows, Linux and android.

When will the android version of altOWL will launch? i'm looking forward for it because developed it in android is great.

I like the concept behind this project. Having the ability to trade on one platform on multiple exchanges is needed. It's already a challenge trying to trade on different exchanges and keep up with everything. If I'm understanding how it works right this has real potential.

The API calls will be done only client side.
No sensitive info like the user's API keys are stored server side.
No API key with withdrawal availability is needed in altowl app.

I think they have kept very low soft cap to reach but I don't know whether it will reach the soft cap. Whether the project make enough community to develop the project but we have to wait and see.
