**WARNING** The Simplex Exchange that is linked here on this website is engaging in fraudulent activities. If you do NOT want your money stolen, DO NOT use this platform!!
I have been entering small credit card orders to this exchange to test out their platform and gauge the level of legitimacy based on execution price, Accuracy of valuation and speed of transaction. First $120.00 purchase. No problem. Then $200.00 purchase. No Problem.

Then, on May 25th at approximately 10:30 CDT, I entered a Credit Card purchase order for $300.00 of Bit coin Equivalent. The transaction was authorized and accepted as per usual. The card was billed and the money withdrawn. NO BIT COIN. To the time of this writing NO BITCOIN. I emailed their support unit 4 separate times to ask what was happening with this transaction. The market has been volatile and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. My only responses have been computer generated confirmations of the receipt of the support tickets. NOT A SINGLE RESPONE and NO BIT COIN. But THEY DID TAKE MY MONEY.
I strongly recommend you DO NOT use this exchange as they are disreputable. I would also recommend that Bitcoin.com no longer links to this fraudulent exchange.

I bought 650 dollars of bitcoin yesterday. They asked me to upload selfie plus national ID. Done, asked to upload in a better quality, done.  Then no communication for about 20 hours. They charged my bank account instantly. Now after 24 hours(the maximum time expressed in their site to process a transaction), i recived another email asking my selfie again. The same images i used to get verified on blockchain, therocktrading, xapo and bitfinex. Now i opened a ticket to request a refund. Ill keep you updated.

BY THE WAY I THINK ILL GET MY MONEY BACK. BUT NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are hundreds of other people in the same shitty boat
