Well, it's surely been said a million times already, but:

PLEASE add an API! Smiley
API works on a fixed port 4001

Thanks! That's at least something, tho some docs and a param for custom port would be neat. But 'threads' worked, so cool.

But power usage reporting is broken, it always reports 0. Or is it just me?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Please add a flag to set the number of stratum connection retries before exiting the miner if a stratum connection fails/dies - I'd like to use this version in an automation script, but there's no clean way to shut it down
