You nailed OP! Just go in a facebook group of some traders and you'll see holders there that are whining about the coins that they bought. They chose that coin without doing some research and they hop in when the price is quite high and now that the correction has come many of them aren't trusting themselves because of the plummet.

It's difficult to be patient when prices are swinging so wildly.

It's not difficult to be patient, just uninstall your blockfolio or any the same app and take some fresh air.

Well, i agree that people with a long term holding is very patient and i believe its a kind of strategy to make profitable. As i was once a victim of panic selling because at that time it was my first token reward from a bounty campaign so what i have done is to sell my token at very low price because i lost a thinking that someday the token i have will give me a good profit, so now i know and have learned the virtue of being patient.

I see a lot of members waiting for like 7 days and they didn't getting any profit..
After 14 days the price is dropping..

They screaming on bitcointalk and Twitter.. (some of them  )
My answer.. Just wait!

- Developers can't work 24 hours a day
- don't check the twitter or ANN every hour  
- a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient..
If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit.

If you talk to get the price up it must wait for news from the developer itself and it is not every day, so indeed if you invest in an altcoin or ICO patience for profit, but if you are angry or upset it starts from your mistake, invest without a portfolio is carelessness.

Though it is not a guarantee that waiting always comes with great rewards but I think its a way better strategy. There are some coins that i disposed earlier in which values have multiplied several times already. And there are those that i kept for seemingly an eternity which value didn't rise at all and even dipped much. My strategy now is that for bounties, i hold them as long as I can, but for those that i put in some investment like ICO, I usually dump them right after market release. For the rest, i trade them depending on their market performance as  for my investment to be liquid enough.

thats true... the market is volatile so with the right investments you can wait few months without any profits, and then become a millionaire in 2 months

In bloody days, I will not touch anything. Just go out and relaxing.

Indeed, sometime long-term investments can be fatal. There is a coin/token will becomes less valuable and eventually dead. Therefore, we are should be more careful in choosing it.

First of all we need to make sure that we invest in projects which have active devs working on its respective projects. Once you successfully find one, then invest it it. The key is to be patient in every instance since the price is not going to magically skyrocket.

well it tooks that they are inverator or traders. it because he loose their profit in that time so they screaming in social media but thats the time that hold there coin so he can get profits again thats why very important is patient.

Stock market is market of current knowledge and remain aware about current matters. Any little matter can change the trend of the market. Patient is the virtue as far as the matter of stock market is concerned so be patient and wait for good time to sell the coins.

Commenting nowadays, patience can be considered with something relative to each investment, may be welcome with the certainty of an investment, for example when investing in a currency with a gigantic project patience is necessary, but for rampant profits it is not always the best way to wait. Some of them, who tired of trading/bounty/searching ICOs, just invest in cloud mining services (ZUMMINER, for example) and got passive income.

Are you really serious injecting the "cloud mining" thing? Many of the bitcoiners here tagged "cloud mining" as a ponzi scheme. Will only last for months and probably disappear, I cannot blame them for that is what's happening.

I think it is wise to be patient in this kind industry. If we see the market situation, the users really need to be patient. So many users do not be patient because they see the price decrease and they are afraid if they will loss. It is really weird if we yell at social media when the price is going down. Just hold and wait patiently. You will get more profit in the next few months.
