I just found this article talking about Lightning Bitcoin

Seems like they`re working on the site too

But It says they`re planing to be out on the 23rd. There is not even a BitcoinTalk ANN topic out there yet. I highly doubt they`ll be ready to with the wallet, the site the network etc on the 23rd. I already feel like this will be another disastrous fork
