Did you have any problem with Yobit?

Did they try to solve it?

Do you trust Yobit?

There are already some treats talking bad about Yobit

I did have problems with them. I open many 'support tickets', but they do nothing (just automatic answer).

So, be careful with Yobit. If you have any problem (login, withdraw, ....), as they don't answer the ticket, you will lose your money.

Not a surprising thing since this Exchange do really have a bad reputation when it comes to their service and to their support which do really sucks bigtime. It would really take ages for them to respond on a single ticket for sure.Im quiet amazed that they are still operating as of these days and been wondering whose the one have been using this exchange yet this really have lots of issues back into the past and how much more on recent days.

My YoBit account suddenly decided to turn 2FA on by itself. Given that I had a new phone at the time, I couldn't log into my YoBit account. I hit up their support team, and after a couple of automated messages, I finally received a reply from someone asking me to confirm some of the transactions I've had in my account, and then they would restore access to my account. I let them know of a couple of transactions I had, along with the balances that I knew I had in my account... And then I never heard back from them again. That was in February of this year.

So now, I'm out of hundreds of dollars worth of crypto, and their registration seems to be disabled, so I cannot even create a new account there. Be weary, folks... I never really trusted YoBit, even when I was using their site, and my experience just shows that I was right to trust my instinct. Thankfully, I was able to move all my major crypto's out of the exchange before they decided to lock me out of my account, so I'm grateful for that, at least.

Yobit is a shitty exchange. That's why i don't use this exchange anymore. The support sucks. I don't even know if they're really exist or not? Because they don't respond to any complains at all. Sometimes the responds takes a week before you receive their respond to your complains. This also quite shady exchange. So be careful with your funds at that exchange. Also too many shitcoins. Yobit is known as a home for shitcoins. That exchange looks big because too many coins that needs to be trashed. That's why they called it Yoshit.

It's well known and they are popular for having issues. I don't know what's the matter with you guys that you keep on using it. They are not answering any withdrawal problems through their ANN page and that makes them inactive for giving resolution to their users. Even how many times you'll send them a ticket no one will respond but I've seen few users here that got lucky for helping them out and that's a very rare situation.

I just tested the yobit registration window, and it seems to be working for me. Have you tried using a different IP address to register through? Maybe yobit blocked your IP address. If you could register a new account you could use it to create tickets complaining about getting locked out of your old account.

Wow

To me, as Novaexchange was closing down, I move to Yobit (the worst decesion I could made) some of my coins. As I can not access to my account .... their are lost. I hope one day I may have my account back.
