Well in my opinion DIW is not going for exchange because they are working on DIW platform.
You are right market getting improve, i can see on CMC top 10 cryptocurrencies going upward.
DIW price will be up when they will start marketing and now it's a beginning, we just need to wait and HODL DIW.

Everything in the ICO is perfect, but when the coin on the exchange isn't as expected. I say not only DIW but also a lot of coins this year, it can be said this year isn't the year of the investment.
