HIPAA regulations should be followed by most Health Care Providers—those that conduct certain business electronically — including most doctors, clinics, hospitals, psychologists, chiropractors, nursing homes, pharmacies, and dentists.

Yes, sure.
WELL implements blockchain and crypto payments to the platform. That eliminates some intermediaries as via WELL the payments can go directly - from a patient to his doctor. That cuts costs. Moreover, there are countries where not all bank cards are accepted making it pretty difficult to get medical services if it's needed.Here our platform also gives benefits.
