The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Your percentage of HW errors is only 0.0002% so there's no worries here.  One of my boards gives much more HW errors than the others, the total overall is what matters and you're fine!
Mine ON!  Cool

These aren't the Droids you're looking for: S5 & S7 (Sold), R4B2, R4B4 (RIP), 2x S9 obsolete, 2xS15-28, S17-56, S17-70
Pushing a whopping 1/5 PH!  Oh The SPEED!!!

What are the temperatures of the other chips?  76 is running a bit high and will have your fans maxed out.  Depending on the country you live, its a cooler season in the western world, considering feeding some outdoor air into your unit and perhaps using a shroud and flexible ducting to redirect the warm air away.

It is perfectly normal to have some boards come up 3-5 degrees off in my experience.
